The visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and exploring economic opportunities between the two nations.According to Ethiopian News Agency, the Office of the Prime Minister confirmed Prime Minister Abiy's arrival in Ethiopia following his engagements abroad. The visit to Malaysia was part of a broader diplomatic mission that included discussions on trade, investment, and regional cooperation. The Prime Minister's participation in the BRICS Summit also focused on enhancing Ethiopia's role and partnerships within the global economic framework.
