Abu Dhabi:Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed engaged in discussions with India's Minister of External Affairs, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, focusing on enhancing bilateral relations and expanding strategic cooperation between Ethiopia and India.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, the talks emphasized the longstanding friendship between the two nations and their mutual interest in deepening collaboration in various areas. Prime Minister Abiy noted in a social media post that these efforts are an extension of his recent visit to India and discussions with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The meeting underscores the commitment of both Ethiopia and India to build on their historical ties, develop strategic partnerships, and promote cooperation for mutual benefit.
