Addis ababa: Finance Minister Ahmed Shide held a meeting with World Bank (WB) Operations Managing Director Anna Bjerde in Addis Ababa today.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, during the meeting, the Minister briefed the Managing Director on Ethiopia's sustained reform momentum and the government's focus, as well as updates on the strategic priorities for the upcoming Country Partnership Framework.
For her part, the WB Operations Managing Director congratulated the government on its strong reform performance and positive economic outlook and reaffirmed continued support to advance Ethiopia's reform agenda and long-term development goals.
