Moscow: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Genet Teshome Jirru, presented his letter of credence to Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, at a grand ceremony held today. During the ceremony, President Putin emphasized Russia's strong ties with countries with which it has established diplomatic relations, noting the successful conclusion of the recent 16th BRICS summit.According to Ethiopian News Agency, the President also mentioned that Russia has completed all necessary preparations to host the upcoming Russia-Africa Ministerial Partnership, scheduled to take place in Sochi from November 9-10, 2024.
