Addis Ababa: Ethiopia's State Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Mesganu Arga engaged in discussions today with Ambassador Peter Launsky, the Special Envoy of the Federal Chancellor of Austria for Global Affairs. Ambassador Mesganu highlighted the longstanding historical ties between Ethiopia and Austria and expressed Ethiopia's eagerness to strengthen relations, particularly in trade and investment. He encouraged Austrian investors to explore opportunities arising from Ethiopia's ongoing macro-economic reforms.According to Ethiopian News Agency, Ambassador Launsky acknowledged the significance of these reforms and conveyed Austria's interest in enhancing its multifaceted relations with Ethiopia. Both parties have agreed to collaborate more closely on regional and global matters of mutual concern.
