Chinese Journalists Highlights Importance of BRICS to Bolster Ties between Ethiopia, China in Media

Chinese Journalists highlighted the importance of the BRICS bloc to strengthen media partnership between Ethiopia and China for the benefit of the countries.Chinese media delegation drawn from the leading Chinese Peoples' Daily Newspaper is in Addis Ababa for a working visit in Ethiopia.The journalists told the Ethiopian News Agency that the multifaceted relationship between Ethiopia and China has been rapidly growing with strong people to people ties.They stressed the need to further enhance the longstanding friendship between Ethiopia and China in media cooperation through the BRICS framework.In this regard, the BRICS is vital instrument to further enhance the cooperation between the two countries.Senior Editor at People's Daily Newspaper, Ren Yan noted the importance of media to further bolster the existing relations between China and Ethiopia.'When we look to the future, I think the media plays important role in promoting the ties and the understanding between our two peoples.
