Addis ababa: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia and the European Union have conducted the Second Ethiopia-EU Roundtable focused on supporting the Ministry's ongoing institutional reform agenda. The high-level dialogue served as a platform for both parties to assess progress and exchange ideas on efforts to strengthen the Ministry's institutional capacity, modernize its operations, and improve the effectiveness of Ethiopia's diplomatic service.
According to Ethiopian News Agency, Hadera Abera, who spoke at the event, highlighted the essential role of international partnership and collaboration in creating a modern, agile, and resilient diplomatic institution capable of adapting to the rapidly evolving global environment. The participants of the roundtable reiterated their shared commitment to supporting the reform process and enhancing Ethiopia-EU cooperation in fostering effective diplomacy, institutional excellence, and stronger international engagement.
